Osprey Oaks is a residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) located in the West Boynton Beach submarket of central Palm Beach County.  This 86-acre community includes 171 single-family homes with a recreation center.  Purchased as a partially entitled REO asset from Bank of America in 2010, subsequent re-design, permitting and full site development significantly enhanced the value of this asset.  Site developed lots were sold to regional home builder CC Devco via a phased take-down schedule.  Build-out of Osprey Oaks was completed in 2015.
